ABOUT
Three60
Interior Architects
Founded by Alexandros Tsikordanos in 2010, Three60 Interior Architects is an Athens-based interior architecture and design studio specialising in residential and hospitality interiors.
We create complete interior environments where space, materials, light, and craftsmanship come together to form distinctive and timeless experiences.
Working with private clients, developers, and hospitality brands, we transform residences, villas, hotels, and commercial spaces through a carefully considered design process — from concept development to construction support and final implementation.
Our approach is based on clarity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of each project's context, identity, and requirements.
OUR PROCESS

to Completion

SERVICES
Complete Interior Environments
A comprehensive approach that combines architecture, design and detail at every scale.
01
Interior Architecture
We design the spatial identity of interiors through planning, proportions, materials, and architectural detailing.
Our work focuses on creating functional and cohesive environments that respond to the way people live, work, and experience a space.
02
Interior Design
We develop the complete visual and sensory language of each interior, selecting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and details that create a unified design concept.
Every element is considered as part of a broader spatial experience.
03
Hospitality Design
We create refined hospitality environments including hotels, luxury apartments, restaurants, and leisure spaces.
Our approach combines functionality, brand identity, guest experience, and timeless design principles.
04
Bespoke Design & Material Selection
We develop custom solutions and carefully curate materials, finishes, furniture, and details that give each project its unique character.
From bespoke constructions to selected pieces, every choice supports the overall design vision.
05
Design Development & Construction Support
We develop the complete design documentation required for the accurate implementation of each project.
Our services include detailed drawing packages, technical drawings, material specifications, and construction details covering finishes, sanitary ware, tiling, mirrors, joinery, bespoke elements, and other project-specific requirements.
During the construction phase, we provide light construction supervision, ensuring that the design intent is correctly implemented and providing guidance to the construction team when required.
THE TEAM
People behind the spaces
