Rooted in the essence of Cycladic architecture, the villa offers a contemporary homage to the island’s signature whitewashed volumes, handcrafted stone walls, and timber-framed pergolas. Rather than replicating tradition, it reimagines it—infusing timeless forms with sculptural elegance and a serene, modern sensibility. The result is a peaceful retreat that invites barefoot living, in perfect harmony with the gentle rhythm of the surrounding seascape.
Designed by Three60 INTERIOR ARCHITECTS, the space was conceived as one where movement is intuitive and unhurried—much like a slow walk along the shore. Soft, natural textures underfoot and a palette of organic materials foster a sense of ease and quiet sophistication throughout.
Covering approximately 250 square meters on a hillside perch, the villa seamlessly merges indoor refinement with outdoor freedom. Its heart beats around the expansive pool terrace, where panoramic views of the sea and sunsets unfold. A heated swimming pool, high-spec kitchen, and inviting dining and lounge areas form a lively yet laid-back hub—designed for sharing, relaxing, and living beautifully.
Inside, the villa exudes a sense of understated elegance—luxurious without ever feeling ostentatious. Each of the seven bedrooms is conceived as a restful retreat, furnished with bespoke pieces and soft, high-quality linens that invite deep relaxation. Architectural details—such as arcs, built-in headboards and benches—seamlessly emerge from the villa’s crisp white walls, creating an effortless dialogue between form and function, structure and softness.
The interior palette draws from the natural world: organic textures and muted, earthy hues come together to create a soothing, grounded atmosphere. Rich dark oak, tactile jute rugs, and oversized linen pendant lights lend a warm, handcrafted quality that elevates the minimalist aesthetic.
