Human scale has always been the key to designing Villa Blue Emerald. 360 Concept Design Studio by Alexandros Tsikordanos aimed to create a vacation home that would cater to the needs of its residents, while at the same time it would be perfectly integrated in the surrounding landscape of Mykonos.

All outdoor areas are developed in a linear way to the front. An impressive swimming pool forms the main relaxation area. This is definitely the most popular spot in the whole residence. In the interiors, earthy colors and natural materials are everywhere, creating an affinity with the surrounding landscape. Modern design and an interesting collection of works of art coexist in harmony with the rough materials – a clear references to the traditional Aegean architecture. The typical white ceilings with the wooden beams are such. The generous openings to the horizon, let natural light flood every space.

There are 7 autonomous guesthouses developed in the main residence, ensuring absolute privacy. There is a sense of authentic, laid-back luxury everywhere. All things unnecessary and superfluous have been avoided, as the interior design focuses on what is substantial. Villa Blue Emerald is clearly designed to be functional and friendly and to create a feeling of intimacy to its residents.
